Refund and Cancellation Policy
What you are agreeing to when you start. You pay $1.00 today and get 7 days of access. On day 8 the subscription continues at $39.00 per month and renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time before day 8 and you are never charged $39.
On your card statement the charge appears as MONEYPSYCHOLOGYST.PRO.
How to cancel
Open your profile in the app and choose Cancel subscription. It takes one click, we do not ask you to call anyone, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can also write to [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
The same card in your profile shows the date of your next charge. After you cancel, Manage subscription opens the Stripe billing page, where you can resume, change your card or see your invoices.
Refunds

How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] and tell us the email you signed up with — that is all we need. We review your request within 24 hours. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, and your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.
If something went wrong
If the tutor did not work, the audio failed, you were charged twice, or you simply changed your mind, write to us before you dispute the charge with your bank. We refund without arguing, and it reaches you weeks sooner than a dispute.
