Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and Vasile Botnari ("we", "us"), 9 Doughty Mews, London WC1N 2PG, United Kingdom, who operates Mizar English at getmizar.com. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What Mizar English is
Mizar English is an online service for practising spoken English with an artificial intelligence tutor. You hold a conversation in English on an everyday situation, and afterwards you see a review of what you said.
You are talking to software, not to a person. The tutor is generated by an AI model. It can be wrong, it can misunderstand you, and it does not know you the way a human teacher would.
The service is not education advice, medical advice, legal advice, or immigration advice. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health, your money, your documents, or your legal status.
If a conversation touches on your life or safety, the tutor will stop the lesson and show the number 988 — the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States, free and available around the clock. We are not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
We do not promise that you will reach a particular level, pass a particular exam, or improve by a particular amount. Language learning depends on you.
2. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older to use Mizar English. The service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly allow accounts for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will close it and delete the data.
One account is for one person. Do not share your password or let someone else use your subscription.
3. Your account
You can try a conversation before creating an account. To keep your history, you create an account with an email address and a password. Keep the password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting your account cancels your subscription going forward and removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Subscription, trial and payment

Your subscription renews automatically. When the 7-day trial ends, the first monthly charge of $39.00 is taken from the same card, and then once a month on the same date. The billing page in your profile shows the date of the next charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged the monthly price.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your card statement will show MONEYPSYCHOLOGYST.PRO — that is the name of the payment account, not a different company charging you.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it keeps failing, access to paid features stops until the payment goes through.
Ask for a refund at any time and we refund the charge in full. We review your request within 24 hours. Details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Prices can change
We may change prices. If the price of your subscription changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
6. Fair use
A conversation with an AI tutor costs real money to run, so paid plans include a limit on how many minutes of conversation you can hold per day and per month. The current limits are shown in the app. We may slow down or pause conversations for an account that goes far beyond normal personal use, and we will tell you when we do.
7. What you may not do
- Use the service for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone.
- Try to make the tutor produce content that is illegal or harmful.
- Share an account, resell access, or use the service to build a competing product.
- Scrape, copy, or extract the lessons, prompts, or content in bulk.
- Attack, probe, or interfere with the service or the infrastructure behind it.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
8. Your content and ours
What you say in a conversation stays yours. You give us permission to process it in order to run the service — to reply to you, to prepare your review, to track your progress, and to keep the service safe. How long we keep it, and who processes it on our behalf, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The lessons, the course, the interface, the name and the logo are ours. Your subscription is permission to use the service, not a transfer of ownership.
9. Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may change features, add them, or remove them. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will tell you and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service. If we close your account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
13. Disputes
Before starting a formal dispute, please write to us at [email protected] — we refund any charge in full when you ask, we review your request within 24 hours, and a dispute only makes it slower.
